My yoga guidance will help your co-workers to improve the ability to focus and boost their immune system, while providing a basis for an efficient, cooperative, and caring working place. We will also practice simple but highly effective breathing exercises by which you can be relieved from negative stress. Anyone at your working place can join and benefit from this class as I will adapt to the experience level of the group. I will bring yoga mats, blankets, cushions, and tea to round off the session =)

Many people know that yoga is correlated to flexibility and stretching, and this is of course true; by the help of yoga you will stretch muscles in a soothing way, free the joints, and release bodily tensions. However yoga exercises will also make your body strong and agile, and increase your stamina. There are also many internal benefits of having the internal organs twisted and squeezed, such as; detoxification of the whole bodily system, balancing of hormones, increased power in the digestive system, regulation of the respiratory system, speed-up of lymphatic system, and more.

Yoga is not just physical exercises, but also helps us to take care of our mental health. A big part of yoga is the breathing, also called pranayama. These exercises help you calm the mind, increase focus, and decrease agitation of the mind. With reduced stress levels, you will find that you can live a calmer and more harmonious life.

There is also a deeper side to yoga that also addresses the wellbeing of our hearts. Asanas (exercises) and pranayama (breathing techniques) gives us a sense of deeper self-awareness and prepares for meditation by relaxing the body and mind. In mantra meditation one focuses on transcedental sound vibrations that lift us away from all anxiety and stress. You may also experience how positive qualities naturally develop, such as compassion, tolerance, and love for others. By meditation you will not just smile in your face, but also in your heart!
